This app is given to you directly by the taxi association. It is not on the Google
Play Store, so your phone will ask you once whether you trust it. That is normal, and
the steps below show exactly what to tap.
Tap the download button above.
The download starts straight away. When it finishes, tap it — from the notification, or
from your Downloads.
Your phone will say it is blocked.
The message is something like “For your security, your phone is not allowed to
install unknown apps from this source.” Nothing is wrong. Tap
Settings in that message.
Turn on “Allow from this source”.
Then press back. You only ever do this once, for the browser you downloaded with.
If Google asks to scan the app, tap “Scan app”.
The message is “App scan recommended”. This is normal for an app that
does not come from the Play Store. Tap Scan app and wait a moment — the
install carries on by itself. Do not tap Don’t install app.
Tap Install.
When it finishes, open the app and sign in with your phone number.
An illustration, not a photo of your phone. The exact wording differs a little
between phone brands, but the two screens always look close to this.
Updates after this are easier. The app tells you when a new version is ready
and installs it for you. You will not need to come back to this page unless you change phone.
If something goes wrong
“App not installed” — you may already have an
older copy from a different source. Uninstall the old one first, then install this again.
Nothing happens when you tap download — try opening this page in Chrome
instead of your phone's built-in browser.
The app rejects your phone number — only drivers
registered with the association can sign in. Contact us and we will add you.
